What is Sculpt-Out Multilevel Face Massage?

It is a unique and innovative way of face and skin rejuvenation. I take an individual approach to each client, combining different massage techniques and tools for every treatment.

In most cases the treatment includes three main steps;

Deep tissue face 

Buccal (intraoral)

Vacuum suction

How many sessions?

It's a massage treatment so you will feel and  see results after the first one. However if you do suffer from TMJ or want to achieve particular results more will be required.

Who can benefit?

Everyone. It is particularly popular with male clients as it feels more like a massage than a facial. I often recommend that clients have it before injectables to give the face a good workout to improve circulation and drain the lymph.

What is Buccal massage?

lt is a holistic treatment working on the muscles from inside the mouth. you work inside of the mouth one side at a time. It stimulates the lymph and releases tension in muscles you can't get to externally.

Buccal massage can be uncomfortable but this is normal due to the amount of tension build-up. The more regularly you have it done, the more your muscles get used to it.

Are there any contra-indications to Buccal massage?

Not many but a few would include;

Braces

Skin/muscle inflammation

Recent dental work

Recent surgeries in area

When will I see results?

From the first treatment!

But for longer lasting  results a number of sessions will be needed.

What is the aftercare?

Drink lots of water

Avoid exercise for the rest of the day

Avoid touching you face for the rest of the day

Avoid other treatments for 48hrs
